                      The Gotha Go229 C

This hypothetical version of the innovative German
flying wing includes advances that would have easily been
installed on such an advanced design, had the alternative
history actually happened. Basically the same airframe as
the Go229 A0, it has 8 x 551 pound bombs as an option instead
of two large 2,205 bombs, for the same overall bombload.
Additionally, it mounts the Ruhrstahl X-4 wire-guided Air-to-
Air Missile. The X-4 as created is not wire-guided, but the
trajectory is so flat that you just aim at the target and
fire, therefore approximating the effect of guidance.
